ABCMS Authorized Child Care Center User - Submission Form

  • Please use this form to designate your Center's Authorized Users for ABCMS (Application Background Check Management System) access. Each Center must name at least two Authorized Users. OEC will create user accounts and forward login credentials to Authorized Users once ABCMS is ready to launch. Centers may add or change Authorized Users at a later date.
  • NOTE: Each Authorized User must have a unique, private email address and individual password. Do not list an email address that can be accessed by anyone else! Authorized Users will be responsible for adding, viewing and managing records associated with your agency. Administrators will have access to private information of a sensitive nature.
